Downloadsfolder. Done in under 2 seconds for typical documents.
Why letsgoPDF for merging
- Privacy-first. The merge runs entirely in your browser via pdf-lib. iLovePDF, Smallpdf, and PDFgear all upload your files to their servers; we don't.
- No ads, no upsells. Just the toolkit. Most "free" PDF tools push paid features and pop-ups; we don't.
- Unlimited and free. Merge as many PDFs as you want, as often as you want. No signup, no monthly cap.
- Drag to reorder. Visual control over the page order before merging — most online merge tools don't show you the order until after.
Common questions
- Is letsgoPDF really free?
- Yes. Merging PDFs is free forever and unlimited. The Pro tier ($5/mo) only kicks in for AI features (chat, summarize, translate) and higher backend conversion caps — nothing related to merging.
- Do you upload my PDFs?
- No. Merge happens 100% in your browser via WebAssembly. Open your browser's network tab while merging — you'll see no uploads.
- What's the file size limit?
- 100 MB per file in the free tier. The merge itself runs in browser memory, so very large or many files may slow your tab — most users merge 2-20 PDFs without issue.
- Can I merge images and PDFs together?
- Yes. Drop a mix of PDFs and images (PNG, JPG, WEBP) and use Merge as PDF — images get converted to PDF pages and stitched in.
