Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are
letsgoPDF is a service operated by Korel (the "Company",
"we", "us"). Our sole proprietor brand for billing and merchant-of-record
purposes is Korel. By accessing or using letsgoPDF
(the "Service") at https://letsgopdf.app, you ("the user",
"you") agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
letsgoPDF provides PDF and document conversion tools, including: merging, splitting, rotating, signing, compressing, password-protecting, and converting between PDF and other formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images). Pro and Premium tiers also include AI-powered features ("Chat with PDF", "Summarize PDF").
Some tools run entirely in your browser (your files never leave your device). Others run on our servers via partner APIs. The Privacy Policy describes which is which.
3. Account & eligibility
Most features work without signup. To purchase a Pro or Premium subscription, you create an account via email/password, magic link, or Google sign-in. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use the Service, and at least 18 to purchase a paid plan.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid subscriptions (Pro, Premium) are billed monthly or annually via our payment processor, Paddle.com, who acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
Prices are listed on the pricing page and may be updated for future billing cycles with at least 14 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their original pricing through the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: you can cancel from your account's billing portal at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; access then drops to the Free tier.
5. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of first purchase. See the refund policy for full details.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Process content that infringes intellectual-property rights you do not hold
- Process content that is illegal under your local laws or ours
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or paid feature gates
- Resell the Service or wrap it as your own product without written permission
- Submit malware, illegal pornography, terrorism-related content, or anything intended to harm others
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
7. Your content
You retain all rights to files you process via letsgoPDF. We claim no ownership over your documents. Files sent to our servers for conversion are processed for the sole purpose of producing the output you requested and are deleted shortly after — see the Privacy Policy for retention times.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Browser-based actions (merge, split, etc.) work even when our servers are down because they run locally. Cloud-based actions depend on third-party services (Paddle for billing, Anthropic for AI, ConvertAPI for conversions) which may have their own outages.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be obtained from its use.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korel and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, sections 5–11 survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, for paid subscribers, by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where Korel is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
